SAFETY SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM

CHIN-NEUMATIC SERVICES maintain an
effective staff surveillance system in the
following order
1. Amember of staff upon employment will
fill personnel form with comprehensive date.
This is kept in the personnel department for
effective control and record purposes.
2. Movement of personnel is control by
movement register. Movement from one
location to another is logged stating destination,
departure time, date and time of arrival etc.
3. The site has an Administrative Officer
who prepares daily report, meeting workers.
4. The Site Safety Officer for the project at
all times take note of the member of workers
present/absent.
5. Alogbook for visitors is kept on site.
